About the Case

David Miller is a 34-year-old software engineer who leads a busy life. Planning to take time away from work and spend some relaxing and rejuvenating time, he made reservations at a boutique hotel in Asheville hotel. On checking in he discovers his room to be lacking in sufficient plugging points and a very jumpy Wi-Fi. Added to this is the very limited pool time.
